However, a recurring problem I'm having is that it's often hard / impossible to discern the separation in land features - because there isn't enough variation in the color palette, one mountain/ridge/feature blends right into the one behind it.
I've often flown to a feature and been surprised by the actual topography because there isn't much "haze"* to create aerial perspective:
Is there any way to adjust this? Any .ini-type file tweaks?
*Ok, maybe not "haze", exactly, as that's usually pollution... but a visibility control to add the effect of humidity.
