Hallo,
Iam a newbie and want to traine on freeflights to get more experience.
My problem :
Is it possible to store a not finished flight and shut down the PC ?
After restarting I want to continue with the old possible restored flight.
This while I have not often time to have a session more than 2 hours.
Perhaps have anyone a n idea.

Saving and interrupt a flight session
Re: Saving and interrupt a flight session
Unfortunately, this is not possible for the time being.
You can pause the flight in Condor and come back later but I haven't been able to un-pause Condor if the PC goes into pause ...

As a work around, you might be able to use the lesson trick, no? Save the replay, then make a pro forma lesson and fly that lesson to resume your flight. A bit clumsy and I have no idea what that will do to your task/score if you care about those. Details in the sticky in this forum

If online session - disconnect from net, than you can pause the flight in Condor and make your PC sleep mode - C. session can be restored.
If offline - just pause Condor and set computer into sleep.
Notice: I tested with sleep - not hibernate mode.

Re: Saving and interrupt a flight session
I could see how perhaps a feature like this could lead to issues, particularly for condor-club.eu diplome flights (save at 500km & submit, then save at 750km & submit, repeat to 2000km).

Hi hoco
Took me years to find out. But now I pause Condor. Put the PC to sleep. Later just wake up the PC and resume flying.
Never any problems with that.
Regards and good luck, K

It is also annoying that at the end of a flight, if you want to go up again you have to reload the entire map, plane and data. Since that is all loaded at the end of a flight why can't you just start a new flight from there?
