More of a feature request than a bug, but please could we have a gender selector for those on-screen messages? My lady pilot group are slightly tired of seeing "his plane". Alternative pilot avatars would be a nice future dream so they aren't so "white middle aged man" but appreciate there's a lot of physical modelling involved there. A checkbox to generate "her" instead of "his" seems pretty easy to implement, though.
Pilot model can unfortunately not be easily changed to a different one. It is a limitation with how the Condor animations are done.
Would gender neutral terms be an option too? So the message for example can be: "xxxx ripped the wings off" instead of "xxxx ripped his wings off". I think most of them already are gender neutral, just have to weed out those few ones that are left.

Yes! Neutral phrasing would be even better, I don't know why I didn't think if it like that! "Pilot's plane has been repaired on the fly" would not require gendering. Not sure how many languages you're dealing with but hopefully the community could help with localisation?

Hi There.
It has happened to me a few times that the aero tow release was placed in an restricted airspace, so i received penalty points immediately after finishing it. Would it be possible to include the airspaces into the routing of the aero tow pilots?

Really minor issue, but in the MiniLAK (and possibly Duo FES?) the motor temperature keeps increasing after you shut down the motor, which means on longer flights it can reach ridiculous temperatures. I have not real life FES experience, but pretty sure it won't continue to operate when it's hotter than the sun

Does not really affect anything apart from the display.

Hello,
nobody hasn't reported yesterday RegattaCup airstart issues?
Many of us were immediately inside airspace + got 100p penalty right away, even after several new join attempts (me: 5 times).
Studied few igcs and where comes the big difference in join location (over 1,5km)? Naturally there must be some difference where joined planes will be placed, but that 1,5km is quite much. As you can see from attached picture, airstart height locations has huge difference. (One solution could be airstart height being calculated from sea level instead from ground level. That would reduce possibility of inside airspace join, but then task setter must check that nobody joins inside mountain...)
br,
Jarmo
(less seriously: my jeans are not getting wet when flying with SG 38 into rain

Im not sure I see a bug here. Spawn locations are and should be separated. A server doesnt have to start immediately or automatically, so you could have 40+ players joining without the server "time" having started, and you will all be lined up wing to wing. Airstart altitude is AGL relative to nearest airfield. Sounds to me like this was a poorly designed task start.

Different weather for each pilot on the same task. It seems that during the task the weather (clouds) are in different for different pilots. Some has rain already, for some it starts raining later. Could be, that the weather is calculated on join time for each individually?

Check if the task has "randomize weather on each flight" (un)checked.

If this checked gives different weather for pilots in a multi player flight, then this is a bug. That works good in Condor 2. All pilots in a multi player flight have the same weather. But if you start a new multi player flight with randomized weather, all pilots have to get the same weather, but different to the flight before.
I use randomized weather always, but couldn't test multi player in C3 yet

This was checked during beta and it behaves the same as Condor2. I have not seen different weather for different pilots on the same server. And I've flow quite a few races.

No, randomize weather was not selected. There were few weather zones, so basically 3 weather patterns during the task.
We flew this same task yesterday and few days ago guys flew it as well and reported the same once we started talking about it.
Very good indication was that other pilots are turning in blue sky, next to the clouds and so on when viewed from my persepctive. We talked over TeamSpeak during the flight and noticed it early on. Then of course some people coming to my thermal and there is none below. Then they see rain and thunder like 5km from my actual position and I see only clouds, no rain etc. And I start seeing rain and thunder in where they said it was after like 10 minutes. Therefore guess that it might be a bug connected to join time, because I joined about 10 minutes later than the other pilot.

I can also confirm the strangely fast development of clouds or their disappearance on this flight
