SBC 2015 - start height

I've just registered for SBC2015 and hope to find the time to participate for the first time, in the time to come.
I've tried to practice some on the previous tasks

I have one question, is the maximum start height QNH or QFE?

And, is the tow height limited when I join, or can I set it myself?

the maximum start height is QNH

The Tow height is limited by the Tasksetter - for all Pilots the same height.
