SBC Day1

Post by UWE » Fri Dec 12, 2014 10:00 pm

GELOOOOOOOOST. My first Crash since a few years... what a bad start in the Winter SBC Saison.
Everything works ok to TP1, but then i try to set a joker and jump over the valley to save a big detour. An unnecessary stupid risk - and it comes like it have to come
I need 10 Minutes starring to the destroyed ASW-27 on the screen to realise that i flew like a an mindless Kamikaze. Normally not really my style...

But no matter, on sunday I am recovered again and try to fly a bit better in New Zealand 8)

hi Uwe,
sorry for your bad luck 1st day :( .
Thats the differnce between RL and Condor soaring, sometimes one take too much risk , same for me. But anyway, latest at day 13 we will see you within the first 10 in the overall ranking :D

Generally:
I am wondering about the phenomenon that SBC have > 400 registered Pilots but "only" 170 flew the first comp. day. (nevertheless, its a great success )

That is exactly what I did. Tried to follow someone with more height.
