23:45 server not up

Help! The 23:45 server isn't up and I only have 15 minutes to join.

Iwas checking out the Servers List some time after midnight my time, and saw that the Speedbattle Cup 22:45 and 23:45 servers were up. Hurray!
After flying it though, I couldn't upload my IGC file. Is there a way I can submit it?
