Change of time zones 4 and 5
Because we have no pilots in the zone 5 and some pilots want to have a start in UTC -2/3. We decided to run this poll.

Hi Andreas
Thank you for trying to change the timezone schedule. Most brazilian pilots are working when the major european servers are running
But as I can see on results of the poll, this change will not help us, because of the "contamination" of europeans who are not interested in flying at 18:45 UTC, but a little later... Nothing wrong with this, but it makes almost impossible for us to fly SBC on both days... And sometimes even on sunday.
For me personally, the best time is 21:45 UTC (during DST), because it gives me enough time to be at home, prepare the task and environment (water, snack, etc ).
Just to put you aware of our timezone:
BRST: UTC -2hrs (after 5th nov.)
BRT: UTC -3hrs (after 19th feb.)
Please consider it ! Thank you

For me 21:45 UTC would be the best too, because I allways work in the evening so on Thursday I can only join if there will be a late server. Otherwise i'm only able to fly on sundayPolewka wrote:Hi Andreas

But for me 21:45 is too late. It is 00:45 local time. Practically impossible to participate - too late.Fransois wrote:For me 21:45 UTC would be the best too, because I allways work in the evening so on Thursday I can only join if there will be a late server. Just a thought
Could the zone three severs be started at 15 minute(?) intervals maybe. This would give a spread about 1.5 hours, which would cater for the various needs of the central and western europeans. that leaves zones 4 and 5 to be set at times that cater for those who cannot fit into a european time frame.
Analyze and discuss...
