Exports au format Excel exports available for competition results!

In overall results, data is in wrong columns :)
:arrow: many crashes, many races, but few points...

The bug is only in overall results but not in race results.

Simply click your first link to overall results of SBC, then click on Excel Symbol and the result is what you see in my screenshot.

Tested with other competitions, same bug.

I have Excel 2000 and I have the problem. Tested with Firefox and IE.

BOD1 : tu fermes la balise autour du "#" du titre avec un "/td" alors que tu l'as ouvert avec un "th"
Si on est souple cela s'affiche correctement.
Si on est strict, le td renvoi a la ligne => la ligne de titre recommence en colonne 1 en étant décalé.

Sorry for english people, it's easier to explain in french :)
