I now got the IGCs and had a close look at it and it is correct that the crash can only be caused by a Condor lag...the two planes never came close enough to crash according to their IGCs (and as there is 1fix/second and no GPS-imprecision like in RL I trust in the IGC files (Yes in IGC-files we trust )), so in this case (but only in such a case!!!) we will score D9.
