Looks great!! Where can I download it?wiktor256 wrote:I created the shaded relief map for the Eastern Alps scenery. To use it in Condor you will need to convert the JPG to BMP file and place it in the Condor/Landscapes/EasternAlps folder. If anyone is willing to host a 17MB file on their web server let me know, and I can give you the original BMP file.

Hi send me a PM or e-mail (andreas.kippnick@speedbattle.com). I'll send you login informations for a FTP-User on our webserver. Or send me a link where I can get the files. We can provide your files on speedbattle.com.
Andreas
Andreas, I also offered to wiktor my 30MB web area for this file. Maybe will be better "save" your capacity for big sceneries - it is really very magnanimous that you boys are hosting it for us (very heavy traffic there).. So I recommend use for this files others, "small" web area, as my or others..

Back at work, and on the Intel Extreme graphics again ...
Ok, there is a problem with this graphics set-up. It is fine for the general scenery, but when an airfield (and its associated objects) is in view the frame rate drops like a stone (from 20 down to 4), and artifacts appear all over the place. Away from airfields is fine. Standard scenery has very slight slow-down.
This will not be a problem for me as I normally fly at home - just checking it out while at work (it's what lunchtime is for ... ), but there may well be people who don't have decent GFX cards, and for them there will be a problem.
I can email you screenshots showing the frame rate as I turn until the airfield comes into view if you wish - PM me if you want them.

Here is a link for Wiktor´s map of Eastern Alps directly in BMP, but there is a not very big difference between quality of this file and JPG file saved as a BMP.
