connecting avier or other PNA to work with condor in windows 10

Has anyone been able to work around the lack of drivers in windows 10 to connect via a serial port? Maybe blue tooth or something? Any suggestions or instructions would be greatly appreciated. I'd really like to have the use of the PNA while flying tasks in Condor!
