MiniPC / nettop / NUC computer for TV

Post by jasiullek » Sat Jul 08, 2017 10:38 am

Hi,

I'd like to buy some small and cheap computer for my TV which would be used just for Condor.

Prefarably something like that:

I wonder if the commonly used processors (like: Intel Pentium N3700; Atom Z3735F; Celeron N3050; Core i7-6500U etc.) and integrated graphic cards (Intel Graphics 4000, 4400, 6000 ) would be appropriate to fly with the high details and reasonably fps rating on fullHD resolution.

Or maybe someone could recommend some device? I would appreciate any information.

I would suggest avoiding integrated Intel graphics and going for Nvidia or similar.

What Chris said 100%

You will need a dedicated Video card for HD and Full Detail, Anything above and including a GTX 1050 or equivalent should see you futureproof, ideally a DX 11 Compatible card to be futureproof for v2
