After spending an evening pouring over the Internets I am impressed with the Volair Sim rig:

I'm between jobs at the moment and have been looking for a project with which to occupy myself. I'm considering building a flightsim cockpit and am curious as to what other users of this simulator use.

Looks like all you get is a seat and somewhere to mount your monitor's and keyboard. I reckon if you are going to the extent of a sim rig like this, you'd really want to have controls for spoilers, trim, brakes etc..
