Support for USB push buttons

Post by k6chris » Sun Nov 12, 2017 11:14 am

Hi, I want to include some simple push buttons (such as a yellow button for release) and have a USB interface card which Windows 10 recognises as a HID-compliant game controller and the online HTML5 Gamepad tester recgnises (0079-0006-Generic USB Joystick ) and shows to be fully working. Unfortunateley no matter what I do in the Condor input box, it does no recognise the device and so I cannot map any of the physical push buttons to the software. Any idea what the problem is and how to overcome it??

Thanks
Chris

I have managed to find a work around for buttons; http://joytokey.net/en/download It's a tools that maps the USB attached buttons (and digital you stick if you have one) than Condor is not seeing, to keyboard keys, which Condor can see. You can program repeat presses as well. Native support would be better (Please in V2??) but this is a work around.
