Will we have a November start?

Last years cup started in the beginning of November so I was wondering if we would start at this time again. I am also wondering if Vertigo has decided not to run it this year as it is a large task to take on and I couldn't blame him for not wanting to.

I dont know if I can tell this... but.... at the moment there is some testing going on, that should take off the huge amount of work from the organisers. So, things are moving into positive direction, so have patience
