I flew on the N7-server. Started early and turned TP1 first. On track to TP 1 I saw OL below me a couple of hundred meters.
After TP1 I screwed up a little bit. Finished with 128 km/h as 3rd. OL and N7 had an average of about 145 km/h.
Not really bad and glad we made it with a finalglide of 60-65 km.

I didnt fly LLC since 19th of March and so it was really fun to do some nice flying again.
KL and i flew in team (as always?!) and except on circle i did (which wasn't really worth it but it didn't cost me anything) we flew straight to TP1. From TP1 on it got more tactical, it was hard to decide which way to take but we were flying closely together and discussed each others opinions/decisions as we do most of the times when we fly together, in order to find a good way.
We left the last thermal and decided to begin our finalglide with about MC 1.5 and 50m+. It was really exciting, tress got higher and higher and there were more and more planes appearing at our sides, all heading for Koenigsdorf.

For me it was all in all a smooth race. I was a bit frustrated beceause I could not get enough altitude before the start...so i left 10 mins or so after the pack. En route I did with my 22 what a open class glider must do...glide... Mostly I was alone but sometimes I had eyecontact with WW.
On FG however I was a bit distracted by the view to the left of me...Since when do trees grow in the middle of a lake?

I was impressed by 2 things. First is that it was needed to get only ~1.5 km of alt after the start to reach the final destination. My first thinking was that it is something wrong with PDA and i need to reboot it . Second imression was the mysterious "the edge of universe" to the right after tp1. Looks very impressive. Something like this was described in some number of science fiction books which i read when was young... I flew expecting every time something extraordinary to happen. Maybe i got too much beer before the flight?
