Server stop time

I was wondering if we should change the server stop time to 29 minutes after the start. This way if no one joins the server by then it will not restart. I noticed my server restarted the task since no one had joined and after that other did join it. This isn't a problem since the task is non-official. I just think it would be best to shut down the server for official tasks before a restart occurs.

Or just setup "run task only one time" in DSHelper
