Yaw string movement while spinning
I notice that if you enter into a Spin , the Yaw string goes in the same direction as the spin. This does not happen in real life. the Yaw string going with the airflow. Any reasons for this and could there be a Fix ?

The yaw string is correct in Condor. In RL the string goes in the direction of the spin.michaeljc13 wrote:I notice that if you enter into a Spin , the Yaw string goes in the same direction as the spin. Re: Yaw string movement while spinning
If you are spinning to the left the glider is skidding to the right -- around a point in front of the glider. The airflow is from the right and the yaw string will be swept to the left. This is true in both Condor and in a real glider. With a needle and ball instrument the ball will always go the opposite direction of a yaw string.
