Are you 100% sure about this? Windows comes with Defender, its own antivirus. Anti ransomware is also provided but disabled by default, you should have a look.

I've set expiration to february 18th 2021 for all active accounts (al least 1 connection since february 18th, 2020) excepted for premium. So, if the user doesn't connect until then, request it on that day. BTW, how do you know he doesn't connect since october?

I finally succeed, by total random luck. I've 2 network interfaces, 1 for internet with public class ip, 1 for local networking, with private class ip). By disabling the interface with private ip, it worked!
Now, I have to figure out how to keep this 2nd interface up AND run CondorServer :/
