Corrected!

I don't know where I found this countries list but it's definitively an old one... I had "Yugoslavia" too...

Concerning your upload problem, as I told you in private mail, just send me your FTR, I'll check. I agree for the gold tasks "Partial Gold badge examination" and "Gain of height of 3000 m for Gold badge". Another task has been set: "Task #2 for Gold badge" to offer an alternative. I'll really enjoy ...

It's the default behavior of Condor, when you create a task and add TP, the default (and max) value for TP altitude is 5000m.

Badges and diplomas validation, controls are too strict???

Hi, Several guys got some problems to validate their performance, my system has detected changes in flight plan parameters and because I would like that every one has exactly the same chance, the only change allowed is the plane model (within the defined class) and characteristic (water and skin). H...

Hi,

You just need to fly again and perform the gain, that's all! No need to fly the 300km/3 hours (but you must fly on the same Flight plan file)

I'll have a look at DOM's FTR on tuesday only. But it's maybe just a round difference between my task decoder and my ftr decoder...

Thanks! maybe it's because I got my silver badge on K6? But I got less luck on Gold badge task, it's less realistic...
The diamond one is far better (my opinion). I've to develop a new task for gold badge, based on pure thermal with no ridge at all, but it'll be hard for the 3000m height gain!

Yep, you have to start a task and to be at least 2.
And penalty points must be set for losing knuckles too...

My pleasure :)

The test can be done only from internet. But yes, Condor web site could check before accepting to publish server info in server list, except if the server is marked as "private".

First human flight celebration

Jean-Marie le Bris was the first man to fly, 150 years ago. To celebrate this, some gliders have flown this week-end (launch by winch!) from the britanny beach (extrem west of France) where he did the first flight. Beautiful pictures here (ASK-13 in action!): http://planeur.phpnet.org/ivb//index.php...

Why don't we just set up a Badge Award multiplayer challenge with an Official Observer? The distance flights are easy, the height gains a little more tricky but we could have an Official Observer for each badge or part of badge who awards based on the IGC Good idea! Let's say Official Observer is a...

I agree, that's a bit excessive (PS: TASKS WELCOME!) But, in real life, don't forget the pilot choose when he want to fly, when the conditions are good, etc. For the 3000m gain, you can't expect to do it in plain thermal (not in europe) and the only way is to use ridge (or wave). I can't ask pilots ...

Thanks!

Nevertheless, this task can be used for training by beginner, not very far from airfield and TP are always visible.

Hey, Xiff and Guy de Dijon have just hit the distance record in a soaring simulator! 2020 km!
