Would prefer a JS3 RES. As I did in real life But 33Me would be cool too.
Though if you need any pictures or info on the JS3 RES, then I can provide anything you want

Re: Difference between Condor 2 and Condor 2 Pro
You can buy all the gliders individually. If you buy them all then it's same as the Pro version (although it will cost more).

Re: New Meta Quest 3 VR Headset
I have tried several quest-compatible cables with the Q2, but neither makes much difference for me. Yesterday I tried plugging the cable directly into the charger for the Q3, not into the PC. Then used AirLink for the image. That worked better, the Q3 still drained battery, but much slower. After 2....

Re: New Meta Quest 3 VR Headset
Yes, I just got a Quest 3 this week, while I used to have a Quest 2. The image clarity is a huge improvement on the 3 compared to the 2, due to the much better lenses! With the Quest 2 only a small part in the center was ever sharp, if that (it was also very sensible to distance to the eye). With th...

Actually, now I'm sure it's Sisteron. I recognize that Duo in the background with contest number JAC. It's based in Sisteron, and a friend of mine is a co-ower in it

Re: Norwegian Nationals 2023
Very well flown, Arne, great - CG. Are you now qualified for the Open Class World Championship? Haha, I don't have an open class glider :) I could participate in any class of my choosing. Usually is not much competition to participate from Norway, but if there is, selection will be based on IGC ran...

Thank you
First time I've flown a contest where we were flying all days. 10 days in a row for me, including practice days.

Re: Planning to move from Rift S to Quest 2 with a question
You will want to use a compatible link cable, and enable the link mode. This can be done through the settings, or it will ask you when inserting the cable. It will then go through some dialogs about "are you sure?" and " you need to enable guardian" etc. Every time the Quest has been turned off, or ...

Re: Use of Autopilot in Competitions - is there a performance benefit gained? (Again ;-)
About excluding: It's a very different thing if you are excluded from an event because of your actual skill. You can train it, in case of qualifications you can be a part of the event in the qualification flights. And of course if there is a competition for the 20 best, you can't be with if you are...

Re: Use of Autopilot in Competitions - is there a performance benefit gained? (Again ;-)
I like to consider myself a top pilot, currently ranked number 10 according to condor-club's ccRating, but have also been number 1 some years ago (https://www.condor.club/comp/userrating/0/?id=7182). Personally I don't use autopilot, except for the occasional toilet break. So it's certainly possible...
