Re: Trim and airbrakes malfunction

For the airbrakes, you might try ALT-TAB'ing out of the Condor window, then click on Condor to re-enter the game. This sometimes resets controls not working correctly. For trim, deselecting stick trim where available as correctly noted above will work.

GTX 1070 is 13,500 on Passmark benchmark. I think you're safe. I ran a gpu with similar benchmark (RX5600 XT) on a 27" 1440p monitor in C2 without difficulty. I'd strongly recommend you put a little aside for a 1440p monitor, it's wonderful.

Re: Logitech Force 3D Pro

I've had that problem - used 3D Pros (3) since 2006. It was always cured by using a powered USB hub, or switching to a different USB port on the computer. They are particular about power. You might trying updating USB drivers for any hubs you are using. I like the 3D Pro, but wish someone would come...

Re: Condor 3 feature requests

Given what we see in the Virtual SGP, it would be useful if an altitude limit from the steering waypoint (reporting point) to the finish, which the pilots must maintain, could be specified, as it is in real life, by the task-setter.

Re: No sound when using TS

You might try using ALT-TAB, then clicking on the Condor window to come back in. That usually cures audio problems for me; sometimes the audio goes to the wrong window, you remind Windows where it is. Also works if your controls stop working.

Re: Aresti sketch in instrument panel

Talking about it here won't help. Perhaps posting a request for aerobatic gliders to have this option in future would be acted on in Condor 3 feature requests at viewtopic.php?f=29&t=20863&start=495 (or all gliders, taking over the PDA screen).

Re: triple monitor with one going through onboard graphics card

And, late breaking news; AnandTech has an article describing a new generation of Matrox multi-monitor cards. Link https://www.anandtech.com/show/18840/-matrox-adopts-intel-gpus-for-luma-graphics-cards?utm_source=twitter&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=socialflow They will use Intel Arc (Alchemist) GP...

Re: triple monitor with one going through onboard graphics card

I've seen the MATROX TripleHead2Go work well in a simulator. They are finicky about monitor resolution and looking at their website, didn't use the most modern connectors (VGA and DVI-DL), but the DP Edition uses DP, MiniDP or Thunderbolt, which is probably workable. One connection from computer to ...

I love the Wayback Machine - https://web.archive.org/ . A great link for old but useful information that has 'gone away'.

Thank you, I was not referring to the size or shape of the turnpoint, but the window that displays the task - the Flight Planner task tab.

Re: Condor 3 feature requests

Task window - the ability to have variable sizing of the window, rather than discrete steps. Also, a much larger window, for task screen shots for competitions. More towplanes than 16; we have 25 people and want to keep join times down. Having the turnpoint altitudes on the task window, for screen s...
