Re: Dew point and temperature limitations
There is a limit to the spread as otherwise the cloudbase would be too low. That causes performance issues. And I guess the minimum had to be set somewhere. You can manually edit the FPL file and you can set any value you like. Just open it in a text editor. I'm not sure it supports negative numbers...

Re: Help Setting Up Three Monitors!
My only question now is that will Condor3 be able to drive 2 Graphics cards. I need to know one way or the other. Don't count on it A single 4060Ti should be able to drive 3 monitors (up to 4 actually). As Jan already said. They need to work under windows first before you can try in Condor. It seem...

Re: Help Setting Up Three Monitors!
Condor can only use one graphics card. You need specific graphics card made to drive 3 or more monitors. Normally, also in Windows as you have found out, two is maximum.

Re: Condor - cheating issue
The solution to eliminate any potential prior knowledge due to the livestreaming would be to have the non live streamed servers before the livestream server. Have the competition day that are now +1 day in front of the 19:00UTC server. So the server order would be: 01:00UTC 11:00UTC 19:00UTC with Li...

Re: Plane license
Nothing in his installation should change. This command just removes the license keys from his computers registry. It leaves Condor, all files and landscapes installed. When starting Condor it will just ask you to put in the licensekey again. You can then use Dieters license key and plane keys.

Re: Plane license
Gerd, you can unregister Holgers Condor by running: "condor.exe -register" via the command line. This should remove all Holgers license keys. If you have access to Dieters account you can then use Dieters license with all the planes connected to it.

Re: Running XCSoar inside Condor's PDA
When used in VR (Oculus Quest 3) I need to lean forward a bit to see the small details really well, at least with the default XCSoar UI settings. This can be tuned by reducing the number of info boxes or make text larger. Ideally the 3D model itself could be modified to move the PDA mount closer to...

Re: Hiding cockpit view
CTRL - F1 cycles through the views. Full cockpit -> Cockpit without yawstring -> Yawstring only -> no cockpit, no yawstring Alternatively in .../Condor2/setting there is a file called Startup.ini. Put a # in front of the line DrawCockpit=Draw and remove it from the line DrawCockpit=Yawstring That wi...

Re: Running XCSoar inside Condor's PDA
The PDA screen is in the 3D model of the plane. It is UV mapped to a texture in Condor2/planes/textures. It is a long shot, but you could try to increase the texture resolution. I think however the screen pixel size is controlled internally by the main exe.

Re: How do you get hanger to work ?
All planes are included in the latest patch. Go to freeflight. At the top go to the tab "hangar". Then set the dropdown menu for class to "all". Then you should see all the available planes.

Re: Ghosts and varying thermals
Hi, We are using condor with VRgoggles for students. Started this winter. Seems to be a very good way to introduce new clubmembers the basics of flying a glider. But now I want to learn them how to enter a busy thermal. Do I understand your posts correctly, if I say that I must make some flights wi...
