Re: Condor 1 to Condor 2 Replay File Conversion

Hi, I don't have an answer to your specific question, but I have a common concern. I have created a full set of pre-solo lessons for use in Condor 2 (or online), and made them freely available at www.glidingschool.com - they're aimed to real life pilots as well as Condor-only users. The lessons are ...

The lessons are now available in Spanish language - for the lesson text and the prompts displayed during the demonstration. Many thanks to Fernando Morales for the translation work.

Re: Glider lessons

Good to see that glidingschool.com has been referenced already. It provides lessons online and in Condor 2, rather like a book and a video, describing what to do and how to do it. The lessons cover the pre-solo syllabus, and are designed for a pilot to self-brief. When installed in Condor's Flight S...

Hi,

have a look at glidingschool.com, which contains many pre-solo lessons online, and available for free download in Condor. There's also a document on how to create lessons.

Re: Training simulators; 3rd party mods and other questions

Hi, see glidingschool.com for a whole bunch of pre-solo lessons, including start points for exercises like repeated approaches. It is available online, aimed at ab initios wishing to self-brief, and for use with and by instructors. It is like a combination of a book and a DVD, published as a website...

Re: Condor 3

Hi, I have created a set of lessons for Flight School, covering the full pre-solo syllabus, available free of charge at www.glidingschool.com. These lessons can be seen online, but even better, they are available to view and practise in Flight School. My obvious question is whether Flight School les...

Flight School - Change Language

Hi, I am creating Lessons in Flight School and would like to implement multiple languages. I see that English and Czech Folders exist (for htm and txt files), and they are populated with the appropriate files, as supplied. I cannot see how to change my language as a user, nor how to see the lessons ...

Re: Creating a Flight School Lesson in Condor 2

I've been building some lessons for my students using this formula that have included ghost "distractions" to keep them scanning. These ghosts appear in the View Lesson mode, but not the Try Lesson mode. Is that supposed to happen or is it a bug? It would be a useful feature for helping students de...

Flight School - Ghosts in Replays (lessons)

Hi, I am working to build lessons for Flight School, and would like to show Ghosts in the lessons - invoked when the user "Views" the lesson. The lessons are Replay files. If I save a Replay with a Ghost (a prior saved Flight Track), I can see the ghost in my lesson. So far, so good, and a lesson on...
