Re: Condor 2 no longer running up???????

Attach your Condor 2 log files, logfile.txt and errorlog.txt, to your post, you can just drag them in the the message box when editing or typing up a new post.

Re: Condor 2 no longer running up???????

You might try temporarily moving your pilot folder out of the Documents/Condor/Pilots folder to see if it's somehow corrupted and confusing Condor. Failing that, uninstall and reinstall Condor 2. If that doesn't work, you may have bigger issues (like corrupt operating system files, etc.) so I'd try ...

Re: Out of memory

You might try setting the visible distance setting in Condor to high instead of very high. I think the problem is that Condor 2 is still a 32 bit program and is limited in how much memory it can access regardless of how much your system actually has.

Re: Problem with NW_Montana scenery airport Schafer USFS

Yes, it's a problem with self launching and online landing/restart. You can get in the air just fine, you just can't start the task if you self launch or restart if you land at the airfield.

Problem with NW_Montana scenery airport Schafer USFS

When self-launching from Schafer USFS on the NW_Montana you will not be able to start the task even when properly stowing the engine well below the 700m tow altitude. Also, during an online task if you land at the airport to attempt a restart you get the message saying you need to land at the starti...

Re: Help With Input Linearity and Ratio

At the bottom of the Options area of the Input tab there are two stick force simulation sliders, they add dampening to the controls to make inputs seem more or less "heavy." You might try turning them down some to see if it helps?

Removing sceneries from TchinTchin rotation

Not sure if this is a better place to post this than just on the condorsim.fr itself, but I'll try here first. Could we have a list of the sceneries in the current rotation added to the first post so we can see which sceneries we can remove if we need to save a bit of space? As it is now we get post...

Re: Full screen + vsync + nvida = 30FPS (half display refresh rate)

One (admittedly clumsy) way of working around that issue is to open the setup.ini file in your pilot folder and set the Numerator and Denominator values to the refresh rate you want, 60000 and 1000 for 60 Hz for example. Unfortunately if you change any graphics settings afterward I think it'll get r...

Well, it'd have to be "FLARM-like" as the actual FLARM is proprietary.

It's opentrack: It sets a registry entry indicating that the TrackIR device is active even when opentrack isn't running.

Re: Thermal map discussion (split from Condor error)

The solution is to model heat transfer and convection properly, not this rough imitation we have now and... why am I only getting 0.1 FPS now? Also, I suspect the reason you two were getting different percentages when measuring the thermal map was that Photoshop was probably applying a color ...

Re: Thanks for issuing Scenery California

That generally means some file for the scenery (not counting textures) is corrupted or otherwise different than it's supposed to be, you might try reinstalling the main files.

Multiplayer props not seen as properly stowed

When playing online props don't properly return to the stowed position when seen from other players, so you end up seeing planes with the engine retracted properly but propeller blades sticking out of the fuselage.
