The system requirements are clear. It seems your laptop meets them.

But.. you won't be able to do VR because that needs a lot more GPU performance.

The buttons are off the bottom of the screen:

Open the properties for the condor shortcut.

select Compatibility tab

Check the Overrride high DPI scaling check box

There will be something like that, possibly if you buy V2 within x months of V3 release there could be a free upgrade
