how often can I activate condor v2 on the same computer in a row?

I'm going to test the best hardware-software-combination for condor and have to set up the PC several times. But I don't want to reach the activation limit

is there any need to change the air pressure setting in the altimeter in the sim? As far as I know the sea level pressure is static here an never changes.
