I have managed to get the FCI working with Windows 7 and Windows 10

It turned out that I tried to connect with an XP running Condor V1 and the instruments worked , I suspected it was the UDP script that was wrong in V2

I copied V1 into V2 , set the correct ip settings

All working now .
