Is it possibile reset some .tr3 files?
I designed an airport ( Zar) , I built the water tank successfully. But accidentally I have broken a part of the mountain. Is it possible to restore it or manually have to struggle with it ?? :-(

Thanks
Janos

Make a backup of your current Heightmaps folder. Just for safety...

When you made the .trn file in the RawToTrn.exe, it made the Heightmaps folder for the landscape also. You can copy-paste selected .tr3 files from this Heightmaps folder to your current scenery to revert changes.

The files are numbered the same as the patches. h####.tr3 vs t####.dss

Dear EDB!

I had not back up folder of Heightmaps, because I ran again the RawToTrn.exe (with different name) and I selected from the new Heightmaps folder two h####.tr3 files and cheanged with wrong .tr3 files. I got wrong textures... :-( . I again ran textures to .dds but not managed.
The textures are good only with two "wrong" .tr3 heightmaps files.... :-(
Any solution ?? :(

Why didn't you backup your current Heightmaps folder to be able to revert changes..?
It's a 5 seconds copy-paste job...!

Well...
If you run RawToTrn.exe again, you must have done this with the same source height files and settings. Not updated or other source height files..!
If you now see height differences at .t3 edges you used updated height files or you made height adjustments in the adjoining height files in you current Heightmaps folder that changed the edges. If the last is the case, then you will have to change more .tr3 files with default ones up to the .tr3 files that aren't changed at the borders. If the first is the case, then you messed up big time. Try to search for older versions in older backups. Or try to edit the .tr3 file edges in CLT Height Edit.
