building a new scenery

Post by chambo » Sat Oct 06, 2018 4:42 am

Hi all,

I have just started attempting to build a new scenery for my local area here in QLD.

I have been following the instructions as set out in the condor landscape guide.

however when i get to the landscape editor, the image that comes up looks like (pic 2).. Now im assuming there is an issue in my process between the QGIS - rawtotrn - landscape editor stages as the image (pic 1) coming from QGIS looks fine.

Does anyone have any experience with this kind of issue?

Never seen it. What I do see is, that your source area is too small or your target area is too big...

HI Chambo,

I think that mix up the values of rows and collumns can cause this problem, it has been a few years since I have also experienced this problem. I am not sure about this but it is worth trying.
