Was the patch supposed to fix Rivar Hill? I still have the same issue, neither stick nor trim work which makes for a difficult takeoff.

Douglas, try a flight from Lasham. If you get the same result then the patch has not installed correctly.

Thanks, I tried from my laptop and that seems fine so it must be a user delta.
Great scenery.

Last night whilst flying a UK Tuesday evening online task (Beastly Soaring), I noticed a texture mis-alignment just North of Towcester.

So I have made a patch (126mb) which will replace the incorrect textures and uploaded to my Google Drive:

https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/ ... sp=sharing

Unzip it and copy and paste the texture into the scenery 'texture' folder overwriting the existing ones.

This is not an essential patch, if you can live with a bit of mis-alignment north of Towcester then it is not a vital patch.

The patch does not change the version or anything critical in the scenery.

Just got back to this. I've started again, but this time downloaded from your Google Drive Andy. A text file, Main file, 6 Tex files, 2 patches.
Removed SEUK2 from Landscapes folder, and then unzipped all the above, except the text file, into Landscapes, which produced a new SEUK2 folder.
The result is worse,it isn't confined to the NW corner, it seems all over the UK, just what appears to be rippling water.

Dave,

What order did you install? This will have an impact on the results and it is important to do it in the correct order.

Thank goodness for forums! I was trying the SEUK2 taking off from Cambridge, and noticed the elevator didn't work. I tried rebooting, redoing the setup, but then it would work on other maps just not SEUK2.

I think maybe the sim should just say it won't work rather than surreptitiously making some things not work. If it's to cause problems for pirates/cheaters then they can read forums too and it just confuses the honest pilots.

Using the files from Andy's Google Drive fixes the problem.

The no elevator fault was my error for uploading a scenery that had not been properly checked and had a major snag.
I am hoping that there is no such problem with my West UK scenery. It has all been quiet so far so hoping all is ok with it.

Have texture archives on the Google Drive been updated? Or I need to download the patches as well to get the recent version?

There are two patches for South East UK on my Google Drive:

The 'South East UK2 Patch 1-1' is the patch that fixes the 'No elevator' error and changes the version number to 1.1. (unfortunately this patch is not yet available on Condor Club)

The 'South East UK2 Text Patch' is a patch that corrects a slight texture misalignment north of Towcester. It is optional and not essential.

Also on the drive is 'Beta' test version of the West-UK scenery which aims to replace the Condor 1 'West and Wales' scenery.

Hi Andy, I cannot get the West UK Scenery to be recognised by Condor 2, so I'm assuming it's only for Condor 1, or have I done something wrong??

Thanks for all the hard work, much appreciated.

The patch to fix the 'No elevator control' fault is now available for download from Condor Club as well as my Google drive.

Hope you all have found and applied the patch and that all is OK with this scenery now.

As this scenery is now available on Condor Club I am removing it from my Google Drive to make room for the beta version of North UK.
