Just a quick info regarding the update. Current versions of all tools, as of 14 Feb 2018, and resolved issues:

WaterAlpha.exe is without changes, current version is 0.9.6617.124

UTMcalc.exe (UTMtools) was updated, current version is 1.0.6618.39374
  • Correct main UTM zone for coordinate calculation is now used for landscapes located in multiple UTM zones if both border points are located on the west hemisphere.
TextureRecomposer.exe was updated, current version is 0.1.6618.34138
  • Resulting bitmap dimensions are now correctly calculated based on patch size setting.

Current versions of all tools available for download, as of 3 March 2018, and resolved issues:

WaterAlpha was updated, current version is 0.9.6629.18949
  • FIXED - nvdxt may not run if the path to WaterAlpha/Nvdxt contains spaces.
UTMtools was updated, current version is 1.0.6621.26976
  • Filename changed from UTMcalc.exe to UTMtools. exe as not to cause confusion.
TextureRecomposer without change, current version is 0.1.6618.34138
