Any way to get new download link?

Hi I'm new to Condor and had been enjoying the sim for the past few weeks. I had an issue with my hard drive however and had to reformat my drive, which had my installation file. When I went to redownload the install file, I found that my link had expired and there didn't seem to be any way to request a fresh link. How would I go about requesting this? Do I need to talk to sendit directly?

Thanks, will do. I guess I just got caught off guard with not having access to the link and made some assumptions on my part of how the software is distributed. I see it's mentioned to archive the file on the purchase page. Also thank you for fixing the forum account issues I was having.

What is the name of the downloaded file?

i need it too as i was told i should try reinstalling to fix issues
i have searched my drives (16 terrabytes or more) and have not yet found it additionally i don't seem to have the link in the email i expected it to be in, and no longer have accessto the other it might be in
am i screwed?

Hello All,

I was just experiencing this very problem as my install had become unstable. If that is your issue, like me, I have found that installing the most recent update normally fixes any issues that I have.
